Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role for a Trainer based at Noida to educate and train our channel partners.

Requirements:

• Curriculum Development: Design and update training curricula and materials to ensure they are current with industry standards.
• Develop learning objectives and outcomes for each training session. 
• Training Delivery: Conduct online classroom and hands-on practical training sessions. 
• Knowledge of the renewable energy sector and its market landscape
• Ability to adapt to a fast-paced and ever-changing environment
• Bachelor's degree in electrical, business, marketing, or a related field

Prior training experience is not mandatory, but previous solar industry experience is required.
