Returns & Replacement


Products are eligible for return, refund or replacement as per the following terms:


1. Request to raised within 7 days of product delivery in case of purchase and 2 days of delivery in case of service.

2. Return & refund requests shall be allowed only when the product is damaged. No refunds are available for service related purchases.

3. Evidence of the damaged product is required.

4. Refund for eligible request is available only in the case of no-stock.

5. Replacement for eligible request is available when another similar specification product is available in stock.
