Returns & Refund

Products are eligible for return, refund or replacement as per the following terms:

1. Request raised within 7 days of product delivery in case of product purchase and no refund applicable in case of service purchase.

2. Return & refund requests shall be allowed only when the product is damaged or missing. No refunds are available for service related purchases.

3. Evidence of the damaged product is required.

4. Refund for eligible request is available only in the case of no-stock.

5. Replacement for eligible request is available when another similar specification product is available in stock.

6. Refund timeline: Refund credited within 7 working days in original payment method.
