Role Description
This is a full-time on-site role for a ASM based at Agra to generate sales through channel partners. The ASM will be responsible for building and maintaining relationships with new/existing dealers, providing support and service, and working collaboratively with the Solartrade team to achieve and exceed sales targets.
Requirements:
- Sales and business development skills
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work collaboratively with a team to achieve and exceed sales targets
- Knowledge of the renewable energy sector and its market landscape
- Experience in B2B sales with a track record of exceeding targets
- Strong negotiation and problem-solving skills
- Experience using CRM tools to manage client relationships and generate sales leads
- Ability to adapt to a fast-paced and ever-changing environment
- Bachelor's degree in electrical, business, marketing, or a related field
Channel Sales Experience is a PLUS
